FROM EVIDENCE TO JUDGEMENT
A company can show revenue growth while cash conversion weakens. An expanding order book can increase execution and guarantee demands. Credosint brings those relationships into the same review.

SCOPE, EVIDENCE AND EXPECTATIONS
Yes. In the report workspace, enable Director PEP checks and add each director separately. Provide a full name, optional nationality and date of birth, and up to two identity files per director. Identity documents are encrypted supporting review evidence, not automatically authenticated. Raw files are excluded from public research, screening-provider uploads and PDFs. Evidence-led database checks run only for cited sanctions or PEP leads, within the existing limits; unscreened people are not cleared.
Credosint covers corporate identity and corporate records, financial resilience, credit ratings and banking, execution and projects, legal and adverse events, ownership and governance, PEP research, sanctions screening, vendor risk and surety context. These are reconciled in a structured assessment with source references, freshness checks, contradictions and committee takeaways. Availability and depth depend on accessible evidence.
Credosint researches documented political roles, ownership and control relationships, and dated public changes. Ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) refers to the natural persons who ultimately own or control an entity. Missing links and unavailable registry data are disclosed. Opt-in monitoring compares subsequent evidence snapshots for eligible reports; a detected change is not necessarily the legal effective date.
No. A potential database match requires identity review using available identifiers and corroborating evidence. PEP status is not evidence of wrongdoing. Sanctions exposure and ownership/control rules depend on the facts and jurisdiction. Credosint supports due diligence; it does not provide automated sanctions clearance or a legal opinion.
After an eligible report is completed, open Ownership, screening and vendor risk and select Enable daily monitoring. A verified registration number and jurisdiction are required. The first check is scheduled approximately 24 hours after opting in. Checks run while the report is retained, up to 30 days, subject to capacity and a platform-wide limit of 20 new monitoring runs per UTC day. Updates appear in your workspace; the original PDF remains a dated snapshot.
Standard reports are delivered within 24 hours and express reports within 2 hours of a complete paid request or application of an existing report credit. Your workspace shows the delivery deadline and any identity, evidence or processing issue that requires attention. Contact info@credosint.com for support.
Yes. Add the company registration number and authorised supporting documents. For vendor assessment, include the service, contract value and duration, operating countries, criticality and access to your data. Without this context, the assessment is preliminary. Unavailable evidence is identified as unknown, rather than assumed to be low risk.
The protected sample demonstrates Credosint’s report format and presentation. The current sample includes ownership, PEP, sanctions, vendor-risk and corporate-record sections. Company findings are withheld and chart values are illustrative. The coverage pages explain the research scope.
