How Credosint handles your request
Credosint processes your company name and authorised supporting documents through its research and report-production service. The workflow uses public-source evidence and relevant supplied material to prepare your company-specific analysis. Active reports and supporting documents are retained for 30 days. Deleting a generated report removes customer access and moves its files to an owner-only recycle bin until the owner permanently deletes them. Only the owner can restore a report, which makes it available to its original account for another 30 days. Permanent deletion removes the stored report, evidence and supporting files; copies already downloaded or emailed are unaffected. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Payment and membership records are retained separately for account administration and billing support.
A verified inbox controls access to your reports. Infrastructure, research and payment service providers may process data on Credosint’s behalf to fulfil your request. Card details are handled on hosted checkout and are not stored in the Credosint application. Sign out on shared devices.
Public-source coverage depends on accessible evidence.
